Feel free to include your very own original stimulus plan and/or ideas in your response, which can also be used to enhance existing platforms from candidates and/or other influential thought leaders.

About the scholarship program:

Foreclosure.com has issued $27,000 in scholarship money to 15 college students nationwide since the program was introduced in 2009. Each year, the company challenges future leaders of America to provide creative solutions/ideas to many of the nation's most critical issues, real estate/housing in particular, which can be used to help turnaround the market. With the presidential election looming in 2012, the hot-button housing/foreclosure issue will be the subject of great debate. And it's our goal to showcase the best plans for recovery that can truly make a difference moving forward.
