- Brad Geisen
Founder/President and CEO
Brad is a successful investor, developer and manager
who has launched multiple businesses in the real
estate, banking and Internet technology sectors. He
is the founder of Foreclosurefreesearch, Inc., a family
of foreclosure Web sites - Foreclosure.com and
ForeclosureFreeSearch.com - that feature the most
complete and up-to-date foreclosure data nationwide.
Brad currently serves as President and CEO of
Foreclosure.com.
In addition to his Internet foreclosure business, Brad
heads a number of real estate investment and valuation
companies, including Digital "e" Group, Electronic
Appraiser, REO Partners, Inc., and Home Equity
Lending, Inc.
As founder of Federal Home Realty Network, Brad
was contracted by the Department of Housing and
Urban Development (HUD) to run a test pilot program
to outsource the department's property disposition arm
in 1991. The program also included the management
and marketing of distressed real estate assets. The
contract exceeded $115 million in closings. Based
on this initial success, Brad has held consecutive
contracts with HUD. He currently holds the record for
the longest duration prime contract for disposition of
HUD properties in the country.
Brad is a licensed mortgage lender (Florida), licensed
mortgage broker (Florida), licensed real estate broker
(Florida), certified asset property manager and loan
portfolio analyst. He has 15 years of experience in bank
and government property management services.
- James Houston
Co-founder/Vice President
Bringing more than 20 years experience in computer programming, graphics and
publishing, James was instrumental in the design and launch of ForeclosureFreeSearch.com
and Foreclosure.com. Today, James directs the day-to-day operations of Foreclosure.com,
ensuring that data is up-to-date and accurate. He also oversees the onsite customer
service operations center.
In addition, James is the President of Visual Graphics, Inc., an independent
consulting firm focusing on interactive graphic services. Prior to founding
Foreclosure.com, James held numerous technical programming and publishing positions
with companies, including Siemens Stromberg-Carlson, The Palm Beach Post,
Palm Beach Premiums, Gulfstream MicroSystem and IBM.
- Jeff Johnson
Co-founder/Chief Technical Officer
As Chief Technical Officer, Jeff is responsible for
the ongoing software development of Foreclosure.com.
He also oversees data center operation, planning
and security. With 16 years of advanced software
development experience, Jeff ensures that the
Web site is optimized for a simple and seamless user
experience through the latest available technology.
Prior to joining Foreclosure.com, Jeff spent
10 years at Siemens Telecommunications where
he was responsible for several significant
development projects, including computer-based
training authoring and playback systems; content
management and distribution systems; and automated
telecommunications provisioning and monitoring
systems.
- Phillip Clark
Chief Financial Officer
Phillip – a 27-year financial and operational management veteran
– oversees the financial management of Foreclosure.com, helping
guide the company through its continuing efforts to expand its
presence in the online real estate market.
With a proven track record of developing high-quality productive
teams, Phillip leverages a strategic growth strategy to capitalize on
exciting market opportunities, ensuring the continued success of the
company.
Prior to joining Foreclosure.com, Phillip was the Chief Financial Officer
for Alliance Care – a multi-state healthcare company – for
six years. Phillip has also held senior positions at a national
healthcare consulting firm – BDO Seidman, LLP – and was
the founder and CFO of FirstChoice Health Care Services.
- Stephen Chip
Director of Business Development/Creative Director
As Director of Business Development, Stephen oversees marketing
and strategic partnership programs for Foreclosure.com, working
to expand the national and global reach of the Web site and develop
Foreclosure.com into a comprehensive source for foreclosure listings,
information and assistance. Stephen brings a wealth of experience in diverse
types of media to Foreclosure.com, including a creative background which
led to successful relationship building in the areas of new media and television.
Stephen joined Foreclosure.com after a successful run in the television
production and media industries. He co-founded Price-Parker, a media company
that was acquired by a Boston firm and was a minority partner in a television
production company which was acquired by a British technology firm. Stephen began
his career at Fortune 500 technology firms such as IBM, United Technologies,
Siemens and General Motors. He has also spent time at Zimmerman & Partners and
Beber Silverstein advertising agencies where he designed and developed programs
for a variety of high-profile clients.
- Glen Daniels
Director of REO
Glen Daniels' 17 years in default real estate management and brokerage gives Foreclosure.com the
leadership in its efforts to expand with innovative services offered to national lenders and real
estate brokers. He combines strong managerial expertise with consistent achievement in promoting
and marketing properties, team building and recruiting top real estate agents to exceed organizational
goals and objectives.
Prior to joining Foreclosure.com, Glen held supervisory positions in the REO department of Ocwen
Financial Corporation, where he was responsible for overseeing the management and marketing of a
$243 million portfolio of REO properties along with the development and designing of the bank's REO
software and workflow. He also managed a team of asset managers and developed the companies real
estate broker network and training programs.
Additionally, Glen is the broker owner of The Real Estate Office Co., a 10 year old active real
estate brokerage business specializing in the disposition of REO properties across South Florida.
Glen is a licensed mortgage broker (Florida), registered real estate appraiser, national consultant
for REO disposition, licensed real estate broker (Florida). Glen has over 17 years of experience
in banking, real estate investing and real estate management and sales.
- Linda Yates
Director of Education
Linda Yates develops and leads the real estate training division on behalf of Foreclosure.com.
From global web seminars to nationwide onsite workshops and retreats, she implements the educational
programs that help investors and first-time homebuyers thrive in today's real estate market.
With extensive project planning, public speaking and educational training experience, Linda creates
education programs that distill complex issues into easy-to-understand messages, helping individuals
achieve their real estate goals.
Linda is responsible for leading and managing Foreclosure.com's nationwide real estate training workshops,
which bring together high-profile speakers combined with local expertise to provide a high impact learning
experience for existing and future investors in attendance.
Prior to joining the Foreclosure.com team, Linda executed training programs to hundreds of individuals
from several Fortune 500 companies on valuation and marketing. She also developed presentations and training
guides for execution in the areas of business development, sales and marketing as a Principal Consultant,
designing and executing conferences for thousands of attendees throughout the U.S., Mexico and Canada.
She is no stranger to the world of technology, either, having advised middle market companies on how to
leverage their existing business systems and maximize their customer relationships through technology.
Early in her illustrious 20-year career, Linda directed, recruited and managed fundraising and admission
activities as the Chair of Admissions and Fund Raising at University of Utah on behalf of the Department
of Physical Therapy.
- Zack Preble
Director of Partner Relations
Foreclosure.com's affiliate program is highly successful thanks
in large part to the work of Zack. He fosters relationships with other
online real estate companies to generate revenue and promote new and
stronger alliances.
Zack started with the company in 2003 as a software developer. Since
then, his extensive technology experience, familiarity with the real
estate industry, and multilingual background have helped
Foreclosure.com's affiliate program achieve year-over-year
growth.
Before joining Foreclosure.com, Zack headed the first and largest
Usenet-based multimedia portal – Usentlive S.L. – in
Spain. There he managed a dynamic Web development team that was
responsible for all technical operations.
Zack was also the IT Director at The Heights Foundation, where he
managed the network and taught computer science. In addition, Zack
spent time at Bechtel Corporation – one of the premier
engineering, construction and project management companies in the
world – developing multilingual engineering Lexical software.
- Felipe Oliveira
Software Development Manager
With more than 10 years of industry experience, Felipe manages the
talented team of Foreclosure.com software developers. In addition to
this day-to-day responsibility, he also ensures that the company's
technology is in line with corporate objectives and that the technical
direction of its products exceed customer expectations.
Working with other senior managers and departments, Felipe
successfully coordinates, monitors and reports on the progress of
Foreclosure.com's unique services. He ensures that the necessary
infrastructure and coordination are in place to deliver projects on
time, within budget and to specification.
A native of Brazil, Felipe was responsible for content management
systems for the leading Internet portal in Latin America – New
York-based StarMedia Network – prior to joining
Foreclosure.com. There he provided international technology support to
teams in 11 countries. He also developed an innovative product for
CycleLogic – a leader in the wireless industry – that
lets customers browse the Internet and carry out transactions directly
from their mobile phones. The product was designed for 3G Technologies
and later sold to BellSouth in Venezuela.
